Courtney R. Jones

Courtney R. Jones was admitted to the University of Washington at the age of 15 after being selected by the Robinson Center for Young Scholars for academically gifted youth. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Latin American Studies and Spanish. She was on the Dean’s List all semesters and received the esteemed Monroe Scholarship and Costco Diversity Scholarship.

After completing an internship at The Law Office of L.M. Jones, LLC she was accepted into the Seattle University School of Law where she received both the Dean’s Diversity Scholarship and Phillip L. Burton Memorial Scholarship. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2014.

Once admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2015, Ms. Jones worked as a contract attorney in Discovery for Complex Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. She joined Nored Law PLLC in 2016 as an associate attorney exclusively devoting her time to the practice of family law.

As an active member of her community, Ms. Jones regularly participates in activities that promote diversity, education, access to legal resources, and charitable giving. She has been recognized by the Washington State Bar Association for her commitment to pro bono services and currently sits on the committee for the Honorable Charles V. Johnson Youth and Law Forum. Every week, Ms. Jones dedicates her free time to serving at New Life Church as a Youth Leader and Worship Leader.
